These members combine practical software development skills, AI training capabilities, and mentorship to empower students, interns, and pre-grads in real-world projects. \--- Key Roles & Responsibilities: Development of Digital Infrastructure: Build and maintain web apps, tools, dashboards, and internal platforms that support Wavu-Hub operations and ecosystem services. AI Model Training & Deployment: Train localized AI nodes (Phi3 or equivalent) for Wavu-Hub-specific tasks, content moderation, analytics, and user engagement. Mentorship: Guide students, interns, and pre-grads in applying coding and AI skills on practical projects, ensuring hands-on learning outcomes. Collaboration Across Wings: Work closely with Wavu-Tech, Wavu-Marketing, and Wavu-Talent wings to develop custom digital solutions for content creation, promotion, and business projects. Innovation & Experimentation: Prototype new AI-driven solutions, tools, or applications that can expand ecosystem efficiency, engagement, or revenue opportunities. \--- Training & Progression: 1\.
